The original single family house had been split into a duplex. The homeowners wanted to revive the floor plan to its original. We opened up the main floor wall creating two open spaces for living and dining. The kitchen is a modern design that incorporates the back porch. A bedroom, bath and family room were added in the unfinished basement. Finishing the attic provided room for two additional bedrooms and a bath.
